Food For Thought

A Networking and Training Event for Community Food Projects from the Fresh Ideas Network and Community Chef Haywards Heath Town Hall, November 13th 2008

50 participants from both food projects and the public sector came together for a day of networking, learning and fun!

Under the stewardship of Robin van Creveld from Community Chef, delegates in each workshop prepared and cooked
a variety of dishes which the group shared at lunchtime, which gave the day a fantastic 'family' atmosphere, as one delegate put it!

You can download recipes for the day's menu here:

Roasted Butternut Squash and Rosemary Soup
Trout  and Tomato Tart
Sesame Super Slaw
